What is Threadlings?

Threadlings is a children’s clothing subscription service with a sustainable twist. We send you a curated bundle of quality pre-loved clothes for your little one (ages 0–4). When you’re done, send it back and get the next size up. Less waste. Less shopping. More time for cuddles and adventures.

How does it work?

1. Choose your bundle – Essentials, Adventure, or Premium
2. Pick your child’s size
3. Get your bundle delivered – straight to your door
4. Use the clothes as long as you like
5. Return when ready – we’ll send the next size up!

You can swap early if they hit a growth spurt too!

What’s included in a bundle?

Each bundle is handpicked with love and includes up to 15 outfits depending on your selection. All are seasonally appropriate and suitable for everyday wear, play, or special outings.

How long can I keep the bundle?

As long as you need. Our bundles are built to last around 3 months, but every child grows differently. Just let us know when you’re ready for the next size – just return them and we’ll send you the next size up.

What condition are the clothes in?

All our items are gently pre-loved, carefully checked, cleaned, and sorted to ensure they’re in excellent condition. We never send anything we wouldn’t dress our own little ones in!

What happens if the clothes get stained?

We get it — kids spill, splash, and explore. That’s kind of their job. When it’s time to send your bundle back, there’s no pressure to make everything spotless. Just try your best with any stains — our general cleaning tips is soak it, spray it (vanish is great & oxy powder) and then spin it on a normal wash.

You won’t be penalised for a bit of mess. We clean, refresh and upcycle everything again, ready for its next adventure. 

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes from newborn to 4 years old, with bundles tailored to each stage of growth.

What if my child has a growth spurt?

We get it – it happens overnight! Just send your bundle back and we’ll send you the next size up. No stress. No extra cost.

How do I return a bundle?

Click on the next bundles tab on our website when you can request a pre-paid returns label to go on your box and we will start building your next size bundle straight away to send out to you. All items have the threadlings logo labeled on so they are easy to identify as from us.

Do I have to subscribe?

Yes – but it’s flexible. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime. No hidden fees, no hassle.

Can I donate clothes to Threadlings?

Yes please! We love giving clothes new life. Just head to our Donations page to see how to send us your pre-loved items. You’ll earn points too!

How much does it cost?

💸 Essentials – £10/month

💸 Adventure – £15/month

💸 Premium – £25/month

All include delivery, returns, and access to your Threadlings account for size swaps.

Where do you deliver?

We’re currently available in the UK. More locations coming soon!

Can I keep any of the clothes?

Yes! If your little one falls in love with a piece (or you do), just let us know – you can use your return points or buy it at a discounted price.

What are Threadlings Points?

Each time you return a bundle, you earn Threadlings Points. These can be used to:
